This luscious body butter is made from high quality organic oils, herbs, beeswax, and organic essential oils. We make this in micro-batches and hand pour each jar. This Salve is one of the very first products sold by Harvest Moon Herbals. We use organic extra virgin olive oil infused with organic calendula flowers from a small family farm in Vermont, organic red clover flowers, and organic comfrey leaf. We add some organic wild French lavender essential oil for it's well known healing properties, including its anti-bacterial properties. Finally, it all comes together with bees wax from some of our favorite organic herb farmers in New York's Southern Tier. The light lavender smell makes it agreeable to men and women. It works great on those annoying dry, cracked patches we get on our fingers in the winter and when we are working hard in the garden. It's wonderful for kids and we know lots of moms who let their children keep it in their backpacks to use when needed.
The 1.5 oz. tin fits well in a purse, pocket, back pack or fanny pack, you'll keep it in your kitchen for burns too. Although it shouldn't be kept in your car in hot weather, it travels almost anywhere. We take this with us whenever we travel as it serves so many purposes, cuts, scrapes, burns, diaper rash....you name it.

Organic fresh Echinacea root, vodka

This Organic Echinacea tincture is made with fresh roots from a family owned organic herb farm in Vermont and 80 proof vodka. Echinacea is traditionally used to stimulate the immune system. It's also known to lessen the duration of acute viral or bacterial infections such as colds or flu, bronchitis, strep throat, tonsillitis and sinus infections. The tincture can also be diluted and used topically on skin conditions.
I reach for Echinacea when I start getting that little tickle in the back of my throat that means a cold is around the corner. It's also great for mouth sores. You can take it directly from the dropper or dilute it in water
Ingredients: Fresh organic Echinacea purpurea roots, 80 proof vodka. The shelf life of alcohol tinctures is years, at least 3 to 5 years.
Usage: As an immune support take 20 to 30 drops every hour at the beginning of cold or flu signs. It's most effective if you take small frequent doses so that you maintain the level in your system while your body is gearing up to fight the infection.

This delicious Elderberry Elixir is made with organic elderberries and local raw wildflower honey. This Elderberry Syrup freshly made in micro-batches. The ingredients are all organic or wildcrafted. Traditionally Elderberry Syrup is used to boost the immune system during cold and flu season. It's a great way to get your little ones to use plants for health.
